Entrance fees for all visitors include:

  • Visit to all inland park sites
  • Hiking along marked walking trails around the Big and the Small Lake the forest trail from the Small Lake to Pomena from Vrbovica to Polače and to the Montokuc and Veliki gradac lookouts
  • Transport from Polače to Pristanište and vice versa is provided for individual visitors and visitors arriving via tourist agency entering at the Polače entrance from April through October according the timetable
  • Parking space for personal vehicles is available on Vrbovica for single-day visitors and guests staying in private accommodation in the area around the Lakes where car parks are not provided
  • insurance for each visitor
  • Transport by electric train according the timetable
Entrance is free for disabled veterans of the Homeland war and members of the Families of Fallen Soldiers Association upon presentation of membership card.

The price for the return boat ticket of 30,00 kunas applies on additional service of transportation by the boat for St. Mary islet and it can be bought again after the one included in the entrance fee is used.

NOTE: Upon signing a Cooperation Agreement with tourist agencies, the ‘Mljet’ National Park will carry out ticket bookings for organized agency groups pursuant to the agencies’ requests. Additional services such as special boat trips, tour guides and special mini-bus rides will be charged in accordance with the valid price list.

*A group contains 10 to 35 persons.
**Tour guide services must be requested in advance by email to the tourist office turizam@np-mljet.hr and confirmed.

Cancellation of any service must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the service will be charged in full.

*Buying the entrance tickets for vessels up to 11 m of lenght, visitors on the vessel are buying up to 4 tickets with 30% of discount and the rest according the prices defined by the Price list.

* Buying the entrance tickets for vessels from 11 to 18 m of lenght, visitors on the vessel are buying up to 6 tickets with 25% of discount and the rest according the prices defined by the Price list.

* Buying the entrance tickets for vessels from 18 to 25 m of lenght, visitors on the vessel are buying up to 8 tickets with 20% of discount and the rest according the prices defined by the Price list.

* Buying the entrance tickets for vessels from 25 to more than 75m of lenght, visitors on the vessel are buying up to 15 tickets with 10% of discount and the rest according the prices defined by the Price list.

Every purchased ticket is a contribution to protection, preservation and improvement of the ‘Mljet’ National Park. Public Institution ‘Mljet National Park’ reserves the right to change prices and fees.


The list of prices and services in the ‘Mljet’ National Park for 2017 was established by the decision of the Governing Council on December 28th 2016.
