On June 4th we are marking World Environment Day. Main goal to promote the importance of environment protection and to send appeal for people to act! This years slogan “Beat Plastic Pollution” has focus on rational usage and production of plastic materials. Here at Mljet National Park, we deal with sea waste, mostly plastic every day. For that reason many volunteers, associations, students, our staff and many other nature lovers come and help us clean our Park, our sea and the coast. For that, we thank them.
